All delegates (students and advisors) are responsible for their transportation to CSLC 2020 and back home to their schools. During the conference, all transportation (bussing etc.) is provided to move students from location to location depending on the programming schedule.
This year we have once again received a travel subsidy grant from the Department of Canadian Heritage. This funding will be distributed back to students following the conference. With this funding, no student paid more than $375 in travel expenses (airfare, etc.) to CSLC in 2019. Travel subsidy application details will be made available in September 2020 with funds being distributed in November 2020.
For the Pre-Conference and Conference, we ask that delegates fly into and out of Regina Airport (YQR).
This year, WestJet has once again provided us a discount code for delegates who are flying to CSLC. Please use the code Q79HI77 when booking your transportation online* for 10% off your fare. If you are booking through a Travel Agent, you may still be able to receive an additional discount using code WGC49.
*Visit www.westjet.com/conventions to make a booking online.
Once you have booked your travel to CSLC 2020, please update your transportation information within your registration dashboard at: conferences.studentleadership.ca
Shuttles will be provided for delegates during the Pre-Conference and the Conference. This includes shuttles to retrieve student and advisor delegates from the Regina Airport (YQR) upon arrival.
